Sessions and Charges
Charges are £80.00 for each 60 minute session.
Payment is made by Online Transfer, Cash or cheque.
I will accept Cancellations but have a 24 hour notice policy.
Concessions – discounts are available for students and unemployed.
Therapy Rooms
Barnsbury Therapy Rooms, 144 Liverpool Road, London N1 1LA
Hours: Wednesday Eves 5 - 9pm Saturday Mornings 10 - 2pm
Also: Kentish Town N7 0JL
Hours: 2 - 6pm Thursday afternoons
Skype Sessions are available to people who have limited time for travelling. I do however recommend meeting face to face for the initial consultation and a couple of other key sessions.

After six sessions with Lucy last year I find I am able to recognise habitual unhelpful ways of thinking when they occur. I have found this both comforting and empowering as I now understand that I can control the way I think.
